The stuff where excellant. We appreciated the convenience of the guest room with a shared bathroom. The cost was £ 33.

Totally really nice stay for 1 night during a long trip. Clean place accompanied by very very nice staff. Good location walking distance to bars and restaurants. Tidy room, set within walking distance to a railway station.

The patron was extremely helpful and very polite indeed. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him to do. The only minus point was there were no toileteries for using the shower; there was only soap. Extremely handy for the city centre and just 300m from the railway station.

not recommend this hotel, room poorly equipped, with no TV signal, not quiet, no breakfast, costly. Hope to be able to find a hotel value for money if i visit Strasbourg next time.

It seemed a bit strange, considering the kind of room, but yes, it was cean. (even if noone enterd the room during my 4 days stay...)
Scraped walls, only two little bath towels (for a 4 days stay!), tv not working, noone entering the room to clean it during the stay, noises all the night... Please, avoid this place!

Good localisation and that is only one advantage of that hotel. Big plus for free internet access
My room had even no curtains, if you are desperate and looking for something very cheap that is your hotel if not avoid that place.

There was a very nice man who to check me in and show me to my room. The services are spartan and basic, but the bathroom facilities were clean, with good shower, and quite large for this type of hotel. At this price, at this location, very close to the train station, and Faubourg National tram stop, this is very good value for money.
The code for the door had changed so I could not get in on Sunday night when I arrived, and ringing produced no service. Luckiily another guest entered, so I followed them in, and there was a very nice man who came up from the basement. The bedspread was dirty and the blankets thin, but I am sure you could easily get another if you were cold, which I was not, even though it was February.

Possibility to cancel w/o cancellation fee, good location for my purposes, reasonable price, friendly staff.
Rather basic room and limited services, dilapidated building, room and furniture, no closet/ wardrobe/ clothes hanger (none!).

You get what you paid for: not that much in a city like Strasbourg. Good: quiet and well located. Friendly staff. Bad: I think my grandmother slept on the same mattress as I just did when she visited the city in 1965.
